Exhibitions happening in 2023 include:

  • Exhibition: Lions Club Art Awards 7 January 2023-5 February 2023
    Held annually, the Lions Club Art Awards provides artists the opportunity to exhibit in a large community exhibition. With a diverse range of styles and mediums, there is something for everyone!
  • MAANZ Bi-Annual State Exhibition 4-19 March 2023
    The Bi-Annual State Exhibition by Mosaic Association of Australia and New Zealand show their intricate mosaic work and allows the audience to get a greater understanding of the mosaic medium and the possibilities around the artform
  • Exhibition: Connected Expression 25 March 2023-16 April 2023
    The Collage Art Group are a diverse collective of artists that come together under a thematic approach to their exhibition.
  • Exhibition: Dispersion 22 April 2023-4 June 2023
    Come to the Zig Zag Gallery to be immersed in the intricate works by select professional public artists. This sculptural exhibition looks to explore how this small group of artists use light, colour and shadow to create sculptural work that engages the audience and creates a different perspective of the artform.
  • Exhibition: Karijini Dreaming 10 June 2023-2 July 2023
    Inspired by his last two life-changing trips, John Eden presents Karijini Dreaming, an exhibition exploring the iconic West Australian landscape.
  • Exhibition: Transitions 29 July 2023-27 August 2023
    An enticing exhibition of works by artist Bridget Seaton. Artist in Residence talks/visits scheduled
  • Exhibition: Sally Edmonds and Stacy Gardoll 2-17 September 2023
    Inspired by the beautiful local flora and fauna, Sally Edmonds and Stacy Gardoll demonstrate their wonderful talent for capturing a likeness through their arts practices.
  • Youth Art Exhibition 2023: Medley of You 23 September 2023-15 October 2023
    Held in conjunction with Youth Week, the City of Kalamunda Youth Art Exhibition provides a professional platform for the emerging young artists in the community to exhibit their work.
  • Exhibition: Enshrined 21 October 2023-12 November 2023
    As a sub-group within the Embroiderers’ Guild of Western Australia, Innovative Stitches brings a different perspective to the practice of embroidery to reflect on preserving relationships, values and experiences that are meaningful to them.
  • Exhibition: The Never Ending Story 18 November 2023-10 December 2023
    Trading under the name of Moody Rabbit, Hannah Goggs is a talented multi-disciplinary artist that uses her love for the natural world as inspiration within her work.
  • Exhibition: Frames of the Forest 16 December 2023-7 January 2024
    In his first solo exhibition, Steven Bentley presents his artistic talent in an exhibition exploring his craftsmanship and eye for detail through the combination of photography and wood work.
